Evac ICAO wording?
I think you are talking about crash / fire / rescue services at the airport?
Mayday Mayday Mayday / Callsign / Problem / Intentions should do it. In an evacuation I just say "evacuating" but there's no standard phraseology that I know of.
Except that in FAA land it's not "mayday" it's "declaring an emergency".

If the aircraft is getting an ATC/FIS/
alerting service the pilot declares an emergency and someone on the ground determines the appropriate response from the available emergency services. What the response is varies depending on many different variables.

I once had a TRE insist, the correct phraseology to request emergency services upon landing was to say “all assistance, all assistance”.
He seemed to have the right icao document but I can’t remember.

Don't think I've ever come across 'all assistance' in this context, and I've been involved in the application of ICAO stuff in a variety of different places for a good many years.
