How to get into ferrying

Within the next year, I hope to have a CPL + ME + IR. I should like to get into regular ferrying.

Can anyone please advise me what experience, (and how much of it) I need to be taken seriously as a candidate for ferry work.

Where is the ferry work to be found? Are there ferry companies? Are there agencies that handle ferry work?

Has anything been written about how to be a ferry pilot?

All advice gratefully received.

Best regards,
