OAT and Wind optimum FL
Hi All
Long time since I don’t write.
I am working in my latest project for FlyByWare.
Is an iPad app that extract actual CFPLN from PDF, permits you fulfill it during the flight on the iPad and send it back to the company signed. It’s main target is long range and MNPS flights but fits in many more
I am testing many features like ATIS voice recognition, GPS actual position and TTG.
I am thinking to include an optimum FL calculation on every WPT based on the OAT and wind forecasted from 300-390 at a constant Mach number. No others factors like weight or CI.
Any expert around to help me find the best formula?
