Life After Flight School

Before you bite my head off, I did do a search on this and didn't find much of anything helpful.

In the U.S., what kind of options/jobs do aspiring pilots have after flight school to build hours with a goal of getting into the regional airlines in mind. Besides becoming a CFI.

This is after one has his/her private, instrument, commercial, and multi ratings. but has only maybe 200-300 hours with maybe 20 hours multi.

what kind of jobs would last year round, not just banner flying and skydiver flying. (we have a cold winter around here) is being a CFI basically it unless you have connections?
