Legal required equipment

What are all the legal flight crew required equipments e.g: torch, time piece with two hands etc, etc?
If you have a legal source that would help me out.

Can't help with a legal reference I'm afraid but, just to add to the list, If required to wear spectacles then you must carry a spare pair with you. You must carry your licence, showing all due checks and tests, including medical are current.

Often company regulations state the requirements and they will differ from company to company, however, the above two I have quoted are, I understand, legal requirements.
