EBAW ILS 29

Looking at the attached Jeppesen plate of the ILS 29 I see that for category A-C aircraft the RVR minima is 550m (1).

Referring to the (1), in the left lower corner of the chart, it states that W/o HUD/AP/FD RVR 750m.

Do I read this as:

Without HUD ánd AP ánd FD the RVR is 750m or do I read it as
Without HUD or AP or FD the RVR is 750m?

Where can I find the explanation of this?

Thank you all!

EBAW's approach lights system is only IALS (420m), where as to utilize RVR 550m minima without any restrictions you would need FALS. For 550m you need one of the equipment listed (HUD or AP or FD).

See AMC5 CAT.OP.MPA.110 Aerodrome operating minima.
