Flight time limitation

Is there anyone out there that knows in detail the FAA flight time regulations regarding crew of long houl flights?

I've been ask to set up a flight plan for an aircraft being flown to several destinations in three days and need information about resting periods and limitations in flight time to do this according to FAR!!

I have no idea how the regulations are according to FAR.
Does anyone know if the publication is available on the net ?

best rgds

Type of operation:
Part 121: Domestic, Flag, and supplemental

Part 135: Commuter and On-demand

I only got Part 135 in my book. I guess you could check faa.gov for Part 121 limitations. Search under "Crewmember Flight Time and Duty Period Limitations and Rest Requirements"

I'd list part 135 but its a whole lot to type. And it has both scheduled and unscheduled operation. Were talking about 1 full page of regulations Best thing to do is look it up on faa.gov.
