FIR that allows SLOP

Hi,

Am I right to say that, to find out which FIR authorizes SLOP, the only way is to look at each FIR that i'm expected to fly through under the "STATE RULES AND PROCEDURES PAGES" in Jepp Vol 2?

SLOP authorisations and associated conditions are published by ICAO States in their AIPs. Jepp, being a third party publisher, generally picks up AIP content fairly accurately, but is not the definitive source.

I'd love to see one that does. AIPs usually ignore most topics.
