Where in Canada or the US can I convert my licenses?

Chuck the Moose needs to know where he can convert his Canadian commercial and mifr to their US equivalent.

Chuck would prefer to stay in Canada if possible to do the conversion.

Can anyone point Chuck to the right school?

Thanks from Chuck the Moose!
