Crosswind Limitations for Take-off

Hi hoping someone can help.

In my 737 800W Performance Manual (preamble) it mentions - Do not use corrected Stab Trim values (i.e., Flaps and Thrust adjustment table on Loadsheet) to determine if CofG ≤ 25%.

Why is this necessary?

Thanks
