Border Force

Question:
Flying from the Middle East to Luton.
Last time there was a UK arrival card.
Now the handler says we should fill out a form called Border Force.
The directions are awful. There is no form number to confirm.
No date to say this is a new form or an outdated one.
Anyone know if this is the proper entry form for my non-UK and non-EU passengers ??

Depends what you're flying. If it's small(ish) GA, you might get away with a GAR or General Aviation Report, often referred to as a 'Gendec'.

The form is the current "arrival card".

It is the correct way. Since Brexit, Border Force have been VERY stringent at Luton. Even all Crew passports are now being stringently checked.
