UK CAA CLASS 1 MEDICAL
Hi!
If you pass your initial class one medical, how healthy for you need to be to have possession of it until late you're 65? Do you have to be extremely healty, or normal healthy?

You don't have to be "extremely healthy" or healthier than the "normal guy". As long as you are able to pass all examinations (ECG, blood, eyes, ears, urin), you are fine. Even if you encounter some health problems in the course of your career, it doesn't have to be the end. But it always depends..

Johnny, if I remember correctly, you have to do the medical every six months over 40 ONLY if you operate single-pilot airplanes. But I'm talking about EASA. This might be different in the UK?!
Nevertheless, you will have to go to the AME every six months once you are over the age of 60.
