EGLL: Holding over Chiltern

Hello fellow aviatiors,

Looking at the Jeppesen chart EGLL 11-6, can somebody explain to me how to leave the holding over Chiltern. Shouldn't the holding arrow be the other way around?

Looking forward to your answer

Assuming the chart is correct (similar situation at EPM so it's a safe bet) - a reversal turn over head CHT/EPM.
