The DH Comet 1 saga
The recent Channel 4 docco on the Comet 1 service introduction was a bit embarrasing after all these years. I joined the industry at the same time as the Comet 4 started service with British Overdue Airways Corporation, and I recall a lot of very proud people involved with the project. Now the truth is out - and I believe what I saw - there must be a lot of red faces out there. What do you think is todays cover up - what we will come out in another fifty years time?
