IOM part of EASA?
Hi.
With an Isle of Man Pilot license, are you allowed to pilot lets say, a Swiss registered aircraft (or any EASA state registration)?

The IoM does not issue licences. It validates existing ICAO licences.
I would therefore construe that the privileges of flying an EASA-registered aircraft will depend upon the ICAO licence, and not anything that the IoM would issue.
