B767 EASA T/R

Hi - I last flew the B757/76 mixed in 2007 and guess I need a new T/R. I have 1500 Hrs. on type. Since then I flew MDs as Commander and now Gulfstream. I guess I can still do a shorter T/R ?
I will be flying both Gulfstream and 767.
I am looking for a EASA approved SIM in the states to do my 767 T/R
Any input, where to do it ?
Thanks.
