Arrow Will the skycar spell the end for aviation-as we know it?

I've read before on this website about the skycar, but I've found their own website. It looks impressive to say the least.

The website is here:

http://www.moller.com/

It can cruise at 30000ft, travel upto 350mph and cover a distance of 900miles

What are other peoples views on this?

They would have to make it economical and imagine the accident rate.

That thing's been around forever ... there was a 'Popular Science' article about it on the wall of the flying school back in '92 - '93 ... I think if it was ever going to happen it would have happened by now.
