A320 A330 ACARS AOC messages-printing issue

Dear all,

i have one very unusual question regarding the ACARS AOC messages on A320 and A330.When we send to ACARS AOC message, we need to send it twice since we don't know to print again received message.
Any ideas how to print same message again in aircraft without resending it?

You must have different software than us, because we can always just go to messages page, hit each message, and then hit "print" when it comes up.
