Circling Minima
Hi All
PANS-OPS list circling minima for Cat C as 3.7km and 591ft.
EU-OPS Table 10 uses 2.4Km and 600ft.
Does anyone know why the commission failed to use ICAO recommended minima; yes I am aware that they work in mysterious ways.

Because european pilots with TT 200hrs, after having payed 40k for a type rating and having being awake all nite long, without drinking coffee because that's gonna be charged, are still considered better than their colleagues from the rest of the world..
