Flight Planning Apps
I'm looking for a flight planning app for Android or Windows tablets that has the Gulf of Mexico offshore charts, rubber band with bearing/distance. I'm trying not to start drinking the Apple Kool-Aid since ForeFlight is iPad only.

Well, this is basic for Headings, distances, Airways name, or depicted airways. Its not to be used for Navigation, but its a Reference for you planning using an actual approved chats etc.
