Question Type rating question?

Just a quickie....does anyone know whether the cost of a 737 type rating with the likes of Go or Easyjet is fully paid for by the airline, or deducted from the employees's salary on a monthly basis over a 3 year period?

At EZ you are bonded for three years (0r £17000 I think - sliding scale).

You do not pay for the rating nor is it deducted from your salary.

You pay the balance only if you leave within the bond period.

Deatils are probably on the website.
