ETOPS ALTERNATE AIRPORT WX MINIMUM
Dear all,
When I read the chapter of Alternate Airport Weather Minima in ETOPS operation manual.
I'm confused in how to calculating the en-route alternate airport weather minimum.
1. They said "For Airports with at least ONE OPERATIONAL NAVIGATIONAL FACILITY", which means:
Ex. An airport : [Runway 5(ILS)-23(VOR)]
2. The other said "For Airports with at least TWO OPERATIONAL NAVIGATIONAL FACILITY", which means:
Ex. An airport : [Runway 5L(ILS)-23R(VOR) & 5R(ILS)-23L(GNSS)
Is correct?
