Flight dury time limitation
Hi guys,
I am currently excercising my European license in a country outside Europe where the yearly limits are more than the European limits.
Which set of rules is leading? Local or European.
If i exceed the European hours but obey my local rules will this be a problem when it comes to submitting any paperwork to my license authority?

The validation cannot extend the privileges or validity of the supporting licence, and it is therefore usually a short term arrangement. Where a licence is converted to another states licence (often with similar arrangements) then the new licence becomes the base qualification within the new jurisdiction. In other words it is not limited in validity or privilege to the licence that it was converted from.
In either case the governing rules would be those applicable to the state of registry. If your validation allows you to fly aircraft registered within that state, you do so to that states rules and regulations.
