Hi all.

Was wondering what the make up of what different airlines flight deck crew are like and how many flight crew are taken.

For example, if it's a 3 man crew is the 2 Capts and and FO. Etc.

Really depends on company. Some use two captains and an FO, others use a FO, a senior FO with cruise captain qualification and a full captain. Some use a captain, a FO and a SO who is only allowed at the controls during cruise. And then of course there is augmentation with a full second crew of CPT and FO. Since a two pilot crew can fly up to 14 hours in EASA land augmentation is usually regulated through CLAs to lower limits.
