ISAGO Cerification

Our company is trying to get an ISAGO certification but we seem not to get any replies from IATA. How do you go about getting a ISAGO certification from IATA?

If the procedure is the same as IOSA, you will need to contact one or more of the approved Audit Organizations (AO) from the IATA website, receive a Request For Proposal (RFP), and commission an AO. It is the AO that deals with IATA.

hello, we are in the same process right now, you should register your company and yourself in the ISAGO extranet under the IATA main extranet. then you will have a form to fill with company and contacts details, prepare your manual and rule for an audit.
