Severe Turbulence TG681/05May SGN-BKK

Any clues what happened here? Food stuck to the ceiling, injured pax (some treated, some not) and NO MENTION OF THE INCIDENT from either cockpit or cabin.
(Just ignore it and it'll go away?)

If it's a "Thai" flight then this must be a case of "Winds or not"...geddit?
