Definition of Moderate/Severe Icing

Does anyone have a definition for Moderate/Severe Icing?

moderate is when you start sweating and consider saying " off I am decending or declaring" to ATC.

Severe you have no choice in the matter the airspeed is washing off and you either descend or stall.

Moderate: your anti/deicing system can handle it if it's working flat out.

Severe: even with the anti/deice systems working full time, the ice is gaining.

Note that these are FAA definitions. Given that they refer to "occasional use" of the anti and deice systems for "light" icing, I'm guessing they are from the wing boot era.
