I would like to fly around France but am put off after viewing their flight maps.
Can anyone give me advice or point me in the right direction in the bookshop please.
Thanks

Wink

I can only imagine that you've been a bit daunted by the sight all the danger and restricted areas on the chart. However, most can be penetrated with a timely radio call to the controlling authority. Also the French seem to be rehearsing for a low-level war, so bimbling along at your usual VFR cruising altitude, the Mirages will be hurtling by underneath!
The Jeppesen Bottlang trip kit for France is priced at £33.50. In addition to the airfield charts for just about every conceivable French airfield, it has all sorts of other good gen. on how to go about it.

Thanks for the advice.
I'll buy the kit and start planning!
