Philippine Airlaw Pcar's Info and NTC

Hi, me and some friends are converting a JAA licenses for a temporary CAAP license to fly around the Philippines for a while, and so far getting information here is a little difficult, if any one could PM me some info, powerpoints, pdf's, question bank, etc

Furthermore any info or reviews regarding the NTC exam would also be a blessing.

Any help would be appreciated and we would be very grateful, so far we got the info on the Caap website.
