Yes, try Pilot - an excellent read with a broad coverage of Aviation matters.

Pilot and/or Airliner World.

I find both very good, Pilot seems to cover more GA and Airliner world covers commerical aviation.

Between the pair of them you have just about every aspect of Aviation you could want!!
