Hi all just wondering what infringements may result in an Australian ASIC not being issued or renewed? ie traffic offences including DUI and loss of license?

Just looking at the application process and it is not very clear cut and have a few friends that may be in a bit of deep water with upcoming applications/renewals.

Traffic issues, including DUI, do not individually disqualify the applicant. However, they may contribute to the disqualification of the holder of a more " colourful " record.

Okay no worries, from the best of my knowledge they are first offences, so shouldn't have any worries then!
