T/L meaning

Hi there,

Can someone help me on the meaning of T/L on the following text?

"Measured relative to RWY threshold or T/L standup"

Thanks!

Hi there,

The context is under RWY overrun excursions, and it is part of distance mesurements on the runway.
Thanks
