Cockpit Video + Air Data.

On you youtube, there are thousands of videos where the camera is mounted on the glare shield looking forward. It would be nice if you could attatch some basic flight data in a databox on the bottom of the screen that could show IAS, HDG, ALT Nav info etc.

Is there any software/hardware that can do this? Either stand alone or a pick off from the FMS/GPS or cabin info system.

Any ideas?

Problem is, most sensors like that (for example, the one you might fit in a weather balloon) are based on pressure. So if they are mounted inside the cockpit, they won't work. Some sort of GPS module could be a possibility, but not quite sure how you'd make it work.
