Adding ATR ratings to FAA ATPL
I am current on my ratings and training for ATR-72 PIC and SIC. I have FAA ATPL and also Tanzania Civil aviation ATPL license.
How can I add my ATR endorsements to FAA ATPL license and also since I have not used my FAA ATPL issued in 2004 what do i need to do?
Any guidance will be appreciated.

You can have an SIC type added to your FAA certificate by presenting your training records, an endorsement that follows the verbage found in 61.55 and your filled out app to a FSDO.
To add a regular type rating, you have to go through a ground school and pass an oral exam and checkride. There is no "conversion" of type ratings on a regular FAA certificate umless they are coming from a Canadian license.

Form and Office
I am not in the US can you tell me what office and what form I am required to fill in to get SIC for ATR to my FAA ATPL. Can this be done over mail or I have to be present in person?
