Oblique Lines on Attitude Indicator
Hello guys,
Anyone knows what do the oblique lines on an attitude indicator represent?
They are located on the brown part of the AI which represents the ground.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

They are there to help you hold 15 or 45 degrees of bank.
The normal bank markings on the ring are for use with the roll index at the top of the instrument. These marks are at 10, 20, 30, 60 and 90 degrees of bank.
The oblique lines on the brown section will line up with the horizontal wing symbols at 15 and 45 degrees of bank.
