EASA - ATPL(A)

I am about to complete my skills test at my next LPC to apply for my ATPL. I have the requirements as laid out by CAP 804. Seems to be no changes with EASA. However I have no idea where to find the forms on the CAA website. Does anyone know which SRG forms need to be filled in by myself and the examiner on the day and also which payment form.

The CAA website is not very user friendly and needs a serious revamp in my opinion!!

The CAA don't know whats doing on with EASA so how the hell are we expected to trawl through their website looking for information.

• SRG 1183
• SRG 1187 (payment)
• SRG 1119 (section 1&2 completed if you are sending a copy of SRG 1158 completed by the examiner, as usual for a LPC)
• SRG 1199 (language proficiency, if applicable)
• Letter from your operating company confirming MPA hours in the capacity of Pilot in Command under supervision
• Copy of your Class 1 Medical
• All your original logbooks

I hope that I've not forgotten any

mrmum that link is exactly the problem I had....How is anyone meant to make light of day from a long list of SRG's that cover a huge multiple of subjects, applications etc....Its ridiculous! Anyway I have them printed off now, so hope this is the last time I have to see this website in a long time!
