A few questions regarding a project.

Hi, I am an aviation student and working on a project for my aviation safety and security class.
I have 3 questions, for which i require answers in depth.
kindly help if you can. I will be very grateful.

1. You have been appointed by the President to become the head of Homeland Security. Your first task is to redesign TSA’s airport security, to achieve a better balance, so as to manage the serious risks presented while making it less intrusive, time-consuming, and cumbersome to the flying public. Your goal involves balancing and managing the risks of serious incidents with making commercial aviation more passenger-friendly and convenient. What do you propose to do, and what are benefits and risks of doing so?

2. You head a group of investors interested in both the charter and air taxi business, along with a regional airline, for operations in the Carribean, primarily in the Bahamas. You will operate a fleet of five King-Airs, with 10 pilots for each plane, a maintenance facility in Freeport, and have headquarters, domicile, and terminal space in Nassau. Bahamian officials will not grant you permission, or an operating certificate, without submission of your Safety Management System, conforming to ICAO annexes. Bullet-point the first 10 key steps you will undertake to prepare and institute a company SMS. After each bullet-point, provide a thumbnail description of what that point entails and what beneficial effect it may have in enhancing the safety of your proposed operations.

3. Your small regional airline has been experiencing a continued, and troublesome, number of flights that have been unable to land, even in visual conditions, on the first attempt. These go-arounds and missed approaches are causing passengers to miss connections, and with the additional fuel usage and added flight time of the crew, are making a serious impact on the profit margins of the company. Something has to change. What steps to suggest the company should undertake to alleviate this ongoing problem?
