Airport fire service

Can someone please explain the response of an airports fire brigade to an A320 size aircraft, from a recent fire course it appears that the aircraft is quartered to protect front and rear doors, is this quartering classed as 'sectorisation' for command and control puposes, and what happens if their is a reduced fire cat in operation i.e only 3 fire appliances available.

many thanks in advance
