Are you a captain flying with a low time cadet or recruit in the right seat, would like to know your views about what you think with his/her performance in the flightdeck and if you have had any experiences with their abilities in carrying out their duties on the flightdeck you would like to share, good or bad.

ZAZOO; do a search and I think you will find that this subject has been discussed before. Usually they degenerate into slagging matches between BC captains (Before CRM) and those who know better. Some views are....mmm...interesting to say the least!
