Question Jeppesen Bottland UK VFR- Out of date?

Hi,

My Jeppesen Bottlang VFR UK manual arrived today, the first time I have used a Jeppesen product for VFR. Looking at some of the dates on the landing charts, they are from anywhere between 95 and 01. Is this normal? Are they just updated infrequently?

Sounds about right. If they haven't been updated for a few years, that just means nothings changed, or at least no-one has reported the changes.

I believe the reporting system for VFR data is nowhere near as good as the IFR system, so it's up to individual pilots and airports to let Jepp know of any errors on the plates.
