Question What do you do if....?

you lose your logbook?

I mean, you can't possibly remember all the sorties that you have flown?

I am misplaced mine the other night; fortunately, I found it; but it started me thinking.

What would you do?

Is there a lost log book procedure?

Gazeem,

I keep two identical logbooks on paper (one stays in the flight-case, the other never leaves home and serves as a paper "backup") and a computer logbook as well.

As for lost logbook procedures, I guess checking with your civil aviation authority would be the first step.
