Good place for IR renewals in the London Area

My IR is due for renewal soon and since i live abroad I would like some advice and recommendation of good and reasonable places in the London area to do a couple of hours flying and the checkride.( Stansted or Luton ). .I am looking for a place offering either Duchesses Be76 or Senecas. with preference to the Duchess.. .Your feedback if appreciated.. .Many Thanks
