Post reduced rate travel

I work for an airline that is 100% ticketless (all bookings are done electronically, and the passenger receives only a receipt which is also his boarding pass). Our reduced rate priveleges on other airlines are very limited - apparently because in order for our pass bureau to enter in to reduced rate travel agreements with other carriers, we need to have ticket stock so that our pass bureau can issue tickets on other carriers. Are there any other employees of 100% ticketless carriers out there that have found a way to get around this problem?
