Cool Aviation Degrees ? Help Required ?

A friend and I would really like to get an aviation related Degree. One of us holds a CAA CPL and the other an ATPL. We both also hold FAA CPL's. We would ideally like some sort of credit for the exams and flight tests we have already taken.

Does anybody have any information or offer any advice. It would be most appreciated.
It does not matter whether the degree is from the U.K., U.S.A. or Canada.

Embry-Riddle Uni

I also saw a London based uni advertising here (PPRuNe) a while ago.
