Jumpseating in Europe

Please pardon my ignorance, but can pilots jumpseat freely in Europe? Is it the same as here in the States?. .. .Appreciate a response.

No, I`m sorry to say it`s not the same as in the US. This is mainly because of politics; the groundstaff might get jealous.
