Question Talking of Tristars........
I'm curious to know more about "9L-LDE" which flew YQX - AMM on Feb 20 and came through our (Maastricht) airspace. Ex Delta? Registration of convenience? (New)operator?

Sierra Leone code, but the latest register stops at 9L-LCZ.

N740DA (#1244) was resuscitated at Victorville, cancelled from the FAA register 8 Feb as 'sold to Sierra Leone'. 9L-LDE flew VCV-YQX 19 Feb.. .No info on owner but looks likely these are one and the same. Sail on, silver bird.

The new owner is Universal Air. I wonder if the new owner knows about the "recent" maintenance performed at VCV?
