Wink Air Traffic Site - Any News ?!

Back in May, someone put details here and a link taking you to NATS ,which loaded details of an upcoming access to 'live' ATC from your PC at home ;
Since then no more mention has been made of it,and on going the NATS website appears to be no mention of it either.
Does anyone know of a way to access it,or know if it is up and running ?
If it jogs anyones memory,the site was called 'flightpath UK' and a 'flash' movie was available to download.

The site, or possibly the whole project, seems to be suffering from the same 'on time delivery' as the new centre.
