Computer generated flight documentation...
We all get NOTAMs before flight but what happens if the system 'forgets' to generate the one you need? What should the company do? What do you do?
On the same tack, if the Ops Manuals are controlled and available electronically via company systems, what happens if bits of the OM are updated without control? Or not updated in time for the amendment version issue?
Similarly, company-presented flight information may be generated by anyone - what should the controls be?
Theoretical maybe, but are these problems occurring? Have we really come of age in the automatic provision of all that we need to know?
Maybe they aren't problems.

Problems with NOTAMs tend to occur at the receiver end. e.g They get overlooked, or sit in an intray. There is also the problem that they can be so profuse for a long flight that an important one can be buried among insignificant ones.
