Do any of the low cost airlines have frequenct flyer programmes EZY RYR GO etc?

Nope. They are "low-cost" airlines. Don't for get that one of the most expensive aspects of a FFM scheme is not the free flights but the administrative overhead. Whether you have your own scheme or share (such as Qualiflyer) you have to have people to handle all the enquiries and complaints from the pax!
