US FAA license transfer to Philippines

I will be retiring to the Philippines in a few years. Not interested in a job flying there; just looking for pilot privileges for convenience. US FAA ATPL single/multi, several transport category type ratings, and 20,000 hours. Anyone know what the Philippine aviation authorities require to transfer privileges of any level license? Again, not looking to steal a job from anybody; 35+ years of it is enough...but I do still like to fly airplanes.
